#45912 RE: samsamsamiam #45910

I see it's another Pink No Info company. And that its corporate status is in default in Nevada:

It was already reinstated once, in 2010:

No filings or news of any kind since it terminated registration with the SEC in 2010. And here's an interesting comment letter from the SEC in response to a Form 10 submitted in 2007 (its second; they'd had trouble with the first, and deregistered voluntarily as a result):

This is to advise you that a preliminary review of the above registration statement indicates that it fails in numerous material respects to comply with the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the rules and regulations under that Act, and the require-ments of the form. For this reason, we will not perform a detailed examination of the registration statement and we will not issue comments because to do so would delay the review of other disclosure documents that do not appear to contain comparable deficiencies.

You are advised that the registration statement will become effective through operation of law on April 23, 2007, and, if it becomes effective in its present form, we would be required to consider what recommendation, if any, we should make to the Commission.

We suggest that you consider submitting a substantive amendment correcting the deficiencies or a request for withdrawal of the registration statement before it becomes effective.

After the company had amended the Form 10 five times, the SEC finally said it had no more questions.

The company made no real effort to keep up with its required filings thereafter, and filed a Form 15 in July 2010.

Obviously this piece of junk has NO merits at all. But then it doesn't actually exist. Does any of that sound familiar?
