TOOL sounds like a good idea, however just called my broker and said it could take 3-4 WEEKS!!! to recieve certs.
Don't see how that will help.

Tool.. Not at all. The first divy date was supposed to give nasd 10 day advance notice so they could publish "ex" date. It did not.. (was all up in the air like been indicating from beginning).

Now things have been done right. Sandy probably got called on carpet by nasd. 1-27 should become "ex" date, which nas will publish.

Do not think was intentional. Just an oversight.
