This part of the PR tells me I should request my certificates from my broker.

"The change in the dividend date gives all our shareholders a chance to make sure that they are the beneficial owners of the shares they have purchased."

What does that mean,"..to make sure that they are the beneficial owners of the shares they have purchased."

To me, that implies that some people are holding counterfeit (shorted) shares, kinda like BCIT.
