Thanks dwiskup, in other words we may be waiting for another company (engaged with KBLB) to release their S-1 before we get news:

"Please keep in mind that Companies may simultaneously engage in multiple S-1 filings, so I’m not sure how much longer it’ll be before the Company begins to issue press releases again or announce the conference call, but I’m guessing it’ll be in the next couple of weeks."

An unusually precise and clear statement from Ben.
Note that he can only legally say even this little bit because it is public knowledge that has been widely and repeatedly reviewed on message boards.

His third paragraph clearly emphasizes the fact (as has been stated here) that this effectiveness announcement from the SEC does not necessarilly end the enforced quiet period, as there may be other such filings still ongoing.
