The Company has not intentionally kept shareholders in “the dark”; it’s been in a quiet period during the Calm Seas Capital financing S-1 filing process, which was filed on June 14, 2013.



Quiet periods are designed to prevent companies from pre-conditioning their securities markets and, unfortunately, that prevents Companies from even announcing to their shareholders that they’re heading into a quiet period, without breaching the rules. This has also prevented the Company from hosting a conference call.



Please keep in mind that Companies may simultaneously engage in multiple S-1 filings, so I’m not sure how much longer it’ll be before the Company begins to issue press releases again or announce the conference call, but I’m guessing it’ll be in the next couple of weeks.



Also, there’s only one insider and his name is Kim Thompson. As far as I know he doesn’t post on blogs, so I would be careful with anyone that represents having anything more than a hunch.
