The talk of the board is about conversions of borderline illegally issued preferred shares. Hey news flash for those that can't read the financials, ANDI is garbage.

Educatedposter your DD is correct and I agree with you, the addresses are bogus, the last annual report for ANDI shows the same address in Florida as being FORECLOSED in Dustin's name.

The fact that Dustin had pending legal civil suits and they were not disclosed in previous financials is borderline fraud.

It's ok for people to have dreams, but that is why they are dreams, facts do not support the thesis. But this is defiantly entertaining.

ANDI is a public company and the Public incomplete financials ANDi just filed are a joke with anyone that can read a financial statement.
