dig, there was another potential scenario that Wave may have prudently avoided. One of my concerns as the company approached a 4:1 R/S was that the roughly $1.55 sp wouldn't stand up under a concerted 10 day short attack (of which we may be seeing some residual effects this week). The result would have been the worst case scenario: the R/S and delisting to the pink sheets and no further recourse.

Considering the above risk, Wave's decision looks like a wise and safe one.
