This is just another case on his docket. IDCC somehow caused some concern with its filing after the hearing with respect to the E/SNE rates being made public. They claimed it would create harm. Why, I have no idea unless they failed to inform their licensees with MFL clauses about the rates. This entire saga is getting stranger and stranger as it unfolds. First, we need the rate for a trigger, then we get the rate and now we do not want the rate divulged in our court filings. The two subsequent letters and the proposed agreed order have thrown a stick in the spokes and the judge has pulled another file off the stack to complete. Hopefully the IDCC file did not sink to the bottom of the pile.
