Some people play only promoted stocks. They like the action. High risk--but they cannot bear spending time to find a real investment and do the due diligence about the business plan, the management's background, financings, and stock structure.
They want something they know will be exciting for a few days. The smart ones sell quickly and move on.
BMSN has been promoted. The key is whether they have real news after this promotion to keep people in. IMO
