That may be the operative phrase in your post. Maybe Mr. S. was giving us a hint as to how many .25 shares may be for sale?

Sometimes you just have to scratch your head about some that post on multiple boards that they are large shareholders - after these R/S you mention "DECN had 2 heavy splits: In 2006 80 to 1 and in 2011 14 to 1." - Have the LARGE shareholder bought again - or is their a sweet deal of some type from 2006 and 2011? After both these times not a lot to speak of related to volume? agree with your post.
