DECN had 2 heavy splits: In 2006 80 to 1 and in 2011 14 to 1. From the old shareholders after 2 such splits one cannot talk of positions rather very small fractions.

Besides the Insiders who have to Report their stake there may be 2 or 3 having a Position worth talkig about, the rest are positions of odd-lotters in the range of 100 shs. up to 2000 Shares. Converted this in Money: $ 25 to $ 500

All what DECN Needs is a favourable ruling in their causa J&J -DECN. If this happens the Company could become attractive for some small caps as due to their success in court DECN would certainly come under the Radar from the financial press.
