I wouldnt be surprised if they arranged to make the loss look arms length.

After all, capitalism has to take advanrage of stockholders or someone or there would be no profits for managers in the end.

yes it is -that's the anchor for us holding CTS if JPM has a lot of CTS they will get the money and put up the fight imo
