you are probably right. i just thought the comments folks have made may have allowed that exception.

at any rate, wave appears to have taken the plunge into plain oligarchy.

i suggest they vote themselves a good old-fashioned massive raise. there's nothing shareholders can do about it.

the folks who fund this company's dilution would be fools if they don't short the stock in advance. they have little incentive to improve the company. it suits them very well when it is run badly. that's where their profits appear to derive from. It's pretty much a no risk bet.

So if my math is right $200 million in capital destruction to net $2 to 4$ million next year. What a bargain.

Was anybody able to clarify what WAVX's role in mobile is going to be and by when? Or was this another misdirection perpetrated by SKS?
