How much of the $136 R&D budget was spent in the first quarter of 2013 testing this system? Because, according to the WSGI website, over in the Strat department which is down the hall from the Skysat and multiple Argus departments - "some form of regenerative or other long output power system" was being tested.

Thanks, Ren. I was trained always to tell the truth because no one can successfully manage lies over time. I am still a little reluctant to discuss manufacturer and capabilities now that two units are in Army hands, however. But a little OSINT using my post and that picture as a jumping off point by anyone would probably answer most capability questions especially in the MWIR and FWIR capabilities area. Interesting, at the time of that old post of mine acquisition talks must have already been going on with Kevin and Felicia. Maybe things move faster than we think.
