jim, the process is what howard said during the CC......there's a period of negotiations and review......and if nothing can be worked out, then it goes to arbitration.......

but why would NOK go to arbiration and risk losing the prepayment discount? im betting on a relatively quick resolution (i believe howard said something about it taking 'weeks'--not months). MHO
