duelittle I do understand your point but with all due respect this boaed has nothing to do officially with the company decisions and dynamis and I know that I don't have to say this to you, but for the sake of all concerned NOBODY should trust ANY trading decisions on PBLS or any other stock based on data/info posted here. Why are you upset? Because dilution occurred (anybody reading the numerous PRs should have known it was occuring) or because wishful thinkers/posters said it was not taking place? There is nobody here to blame. If PPS was at .10 I do not think anybody would complain about O/S, even ifi it was over 1 Bn shares.

duelittle i know you are frustrated like so many of us here.All we can do now is hold and see if management comes through on putting up share count in the float and OS as has been suggested they will.
