I *think* he meant to say that there were posts of people saying they didn't think the company was selling into the float (I'm still one of those, btw). Anyone saying that the company wasn't increasing OS with accretive purchases would have been pretty quickly pounced on... especially since the company has been very clear on the point of that being the strategy.
