I posted this alread but ,Eddie did tell me that Dr. Fan was working hard to secure some contracts before years end, maybe thats the reason for this movement in pps. Market always seems to know things ahead of time, good or bad. Perhaps extremely good news coming who knows. When it does Im glad Im not on the sidelines and Im loaded up as are all the longs here.
