early retirement,
one of the SHM attendees can likely clarify further based on what was said yesterday; but my understanding now is, with the "private label" Go Window/PC, each service provider could customize it's look for their customers - ie "CIngular GoWIndow" with their logo/colors.

So while SP is not critical to getting the PC/GoW out there, it isn't something to avoid. And, once ONE SP signs up, then I'd foresee more signing up. ie TIpping Point - and there are a variety of ways NEOM can reach the Tipping Point.

early retirement: And that was WAY after I reported it in my post after I attended March CTIA. That post you mentioned just confirmed what I was told.

Early retirement,

This is the way I understand it. There may be some new things happening that came up at the shareholders meeting about service providers that now have an interest in PaperClick. They should, since they will be receiving money through mobile web access, and air time fees, and that would be nice. At CTIA they told us that there was no service provider interest at that time. So the strategy to provide PaperClick was through brand owners/managers to their customers, since there is an interest for them to have customers with PaperClick on their phones. I suspect NeoMedia will want to get Paperclick software on the phones any way they can, but to use PaperClick will never require any particular service provider. All will work. You just need the mobile web access on your phone. Hope that helps.
