Personalizit & Moxa: I found the post where the relationship with NEOM and a Service Provider (SP) was discussed.

Some specifics from the discussion, which took place between a NEOM rep and one of the amigos:

There will be no PR about a service provider (.). This makes sense now. How could PaperClick be locked into one service provider or even two or three? This makes it a non issue, kind of like they are all generic, and who cares. It’s just a mobile web access, and all mobile phone companies offer it. In the end, service providers will also make money by default, since you will need to get the mobile internet connection, and pay the fee, where as before you were not internet connected. The service provider does not even need to know that PaperClick even exists.

I'm just asking because I'd like to know it they said something different yesterday?
