No, it doesn't. Still wrong, but nice try. Every trade is a buy AND a sell.

The correct terminology is a "trade at the bid" or a "trade at the offer", because (one more time) EVERY TRADE IS BOTH A BUY AND A SELL.

And here is a hint - a lot of trades at the offer in a static penny stock usually means one thing - DILUTION. And lots of it.

You nailed it Warmy. however that other guy wants to call it it doesnt matter. Trade at the ask is a buy and trade at the bid is called a sale. Hell, he can call a buy at the ask a dog and a sell at the bid a cat. Doesn't matter what you call it as long as you understand it.
