Per Lancet, yes, it used ORR. It is fine to report either or both best response and ORR depends on data availability as long as they are clearly stated in presentations. All three of them stated clearly what they presented, no intention to mislead, it is up to individual how to interpret data.

Ariad's conservative data presentations over Novartis-types

I don't see either Ariad or Novartis poster presentations as anything other than neutral.

Harvey's presentations tend to be a lot more promotional than Novartis' presentations of course.
