I believe they had to move the meeting up to be in SEC compliance. That is why it is being held in July.

I would love to know what Marcelli and Tom tell LPC. Their relationship and the listing of how many shares they are long is a mystery. I also wonder where Fred stands now in this company. Way more questions than answers.
