including the SEC report that shows the IFUS CEO Marc Walthers was not the bad guy as your links suggest, but in fact he was the one that turned them all into the SEC for fraud and felony crimes that they were convicted of.

Nowhere in the link do I see anything of the sort. Walther's name isn't even mentioned.
