I think that there is enough differences to establish that Valimed is NOT REALLY a continuation of the explosives detection "technology"..even though based on the same GENERAL principle of detection by stimulation and classification of the return "echos".... A well established and common principle, not revolutionary at all..

The introduction of VALIMED may have, perhaps unintentionally, been counter-productive to the idea of "we tried, honest we did!!" and running out of the SOLs, if that was truly the aim, as I believe it was.

Maybe the SEC is not quite as dumb as the PERPs thought...IF they have filed.
