The DTS (Distributed Traffic Shaping) and advanced routing features provide QOS and excellent support for demanding applications such as video and audio.The Wi-Gate series also includes proprietary technology that assures successful handshakes for longer distances. For best efficiency our Spanning Tree Protocol ensures path redundancy while preventing undesirable loops. The Wi-Gate series feature a rock solid, patent-applied-for 128 bit virtual private network (VPN) server for unsurpassed security, with NO software installation necessary by the client and without requiring a hardware based VPN. Visitors to the premises will not be able to access your network without permission. Additionally, it provides unique keys per client, changes encryption keys with each packet, and point-to-point tunneling. Unlike other access points, cracking tools will not be able to detect passwords by examining WiFi packets.
