This board started as a strict "Natural Resource" board and rather than face up to it's [sic] failure you've decided to change paths.

Once again, you’re shooting from the hip. A distinct iHub board called The Global Demographic Tailwind was merged into this board in Jun 2010, as you can see from the iBox in #board-15787.

I thought then—and think now—that it is fruitful to analyze investments in natural resources within the framework of The Global Demographic Tailwind insofar as natural-resources companies are beneficiaries of that tailwind.

I wasn't aware of the board merger. It still doesn't help explain that the natural resource component was totally mistimed.
