I think Howard did fine, he isn't the most energetic guy but seemed much better than last time I saw him on. He was on for I think 7 minutes......showed price chart, showed earnings for 4th qtr., talked about ERICY being resolved. Commentator asked about a rift with NOK, and he said no there isn't, they have been a partner for 4 years and that ERICY settlement was the basis for their next level and now they are just working on "filling in the blanks". Mentioned Infineon and the fact that IDCC would be offering the software, as they have in the past, or the finished product thru a partner such as Infineon. They also tried to insinuate that 3G wasn't really all that hot to trot in the US even if it was overseas. He countered nicely by giving a couple examples of applications and stated our human nature for instant access would definitely propel the desire for 3G here. Please correct me if someone heard something I didn't....
