I'm not sure what happened with the BK. It seems to me that it failed because of lack of a simple procedural requirement. It does not look like it even got to the part of what the BK was about. It may have been a lot different if the lawyer would have submitted the proof of service to the court.
Though I could be wrong.
I don't remember putting it like that "was pretty sound" Though I figured that the ex CEO's would have had some good evidence against Treaty since they did work for the principle owner, Blackburn, who they had success against in court before.
The bk was dismissed on a technicality that happened before the attorney could get the correct data in front of the court. Don't count out those technical issues from being fixed and this thing back in front of the court very soon. SmackDown
