I was going to show you the same link if you protested lol. Btw, it does not stand for delist, just designates that the ticker is undergoing a split, as the link says. Delist is a nasty word, although, it really doesn't matter in the OTC as all stocks there are not listed on an exchange anyway.

Anyway, not trying to be argumentative, doesn't really matter in the big picture anyway.

Al, there is nothing in that link that said the stock is delisted if it has a D attached to the ticker symbol. It's just a code letter. In fact, if a stock is delisted, it can't be bought or sold. I bought 100,000 last week with the D on the ticker.
