Cynic-Al.. Absolutely!! ...on both ??'s (On "will FDA Approve & is .07's+ viable??)
AMBS was running about 380,000,000 O/S at the time,, but jumped to .195's on wayyyy less News!! Then ya gotta remember,, BMSN is going to File a 2nd IND with the FDA right after this first one gets going. I see BMSN as a Long Term Investment thru the next 2 years actually. It was a Bumpy road to get to this point,, and I would hope Koos Dilutes the last 100,000,000 shares at least .023 for a $2,300,000 gain,, or after approval for $7,000,000 @ .07 !! Dunno what his actual "Play" will be,,, but personally, I'd hold out for the .07's area!! ;-)
....$7,000,000 in the BMSN "tank" would help keep the PPS up until the FDA issues that 2nd IND # !!....then BMSN should slowly rise from there!
