Australia doesn't require FDA, only Tox. Not sure why human testing is now being positioned as difficult in 18 months?

They have stated that tox will be done this year and that Australia is all lined up and ready to go.

I have serious doubts about these claims. More likely tox will not be completed in '13 and human testing will not begin until '15.

I would love to be wrong.
