Dr. Seymour told the interviewer that the manufacturing facility would be complete by year end. Then follows the commissioning and the production of three batches of Cides. That info is given to the FDA and, if approved, human testing can begin.(This assumes TOX testing is complete-my comment). He reiterated that Phase 1/2 can be completed in a few weeks. He emphasized that he expects to receive FDA approval for expedited review and approval. My interpretation of his comments is that NNVC will complete human testing of FLUCide in 2014.
