I thik the type of corn they use is running right now about $2.bushel, so that puts their cost at $25,000,000.000 Add in transportation costs of about .50/bushel to get it from the midwest to their plant and that's another $6,250,000.00 They have to unload it, and probably prep it somehow. Maybe another $1/$2 Million there. So they will spend about $33,000,000.00 just for supply. Now, what do we pay? Probably zero, zip, nada! May most likely even get paid to take stuff, since it is waste.

I think the average cost just to make corn distillery type ethanol is around $1.40/gal. Now they have to add in admin, and plant costs, and all the other goodies that go along.
I think ours will wind up at about .20/gal cost, if I am figuring correctly.
