I think we just witnessed the last part of the litigation that holds any substance with Kelly ... seriously what's he gonna payback 300k??? That probably doesn't even pay for the cost of the investigation.... let's get real, Bryant isn't paying a penny, the Duncan was fined 40k , EIGH will default with no assets .... three years later, with tons of time and money wasted by the SEC, nobody goes to jail, and they essentially recover nothing ...

Sure Duncan, Kelly and Bryant can't be involved personally in other penny stock offerings personally, we know thats crap, they will setup ghost companies or route their goods through family and or offshore accounts ... who wins on situations like this, the answer is nobody
