the long upper wick is a show of the bears beating out the bulls for the day. Todays volume was pretty low, I wouldn't even really count it as a candle myself. Monday had some decent volume and closed even to Friday, kinda bearish. All in all traders seem indecisive here and/or are waiting for a signal to buy the ask (news, new wave of momo, etc...), the 50ma could be touched again, IMO.
