You do realise shareholder democracy is a farce, right?

I wish I could find the WSJ article I read a while back showing the absolute lack of sway votes had in the makeup of BODs. It sure was depressing.

But accurate, I assume. Why else would Steven and the board be so naked in their contempt for shareholders?
