I’m confused: by a “partnership” do you mean a license of KOSP’s IP for the use of an extended-release Niacin pill to raise HDL?

I take a product called Slo-Niacin. It is supposedly a controlled release Niacin product. It is sold over the counter.

I don't know how this might compare to Niaspan, but I would suspect it would have similar effect. Anybody know about this product?
