brad great to see you around...it comes down to one thing...IDCC still does not have the right mix of shareholders....frankly...the stock needs to be held by fewer members of this board...and by more institutions...the further we move in that direction...the further we will get away from days like yesterday...almost six million shares w/ almost zero blocks

Danny, let's not be blind to the facts when you say:
