Well they likely bound themselves with their past statements about profitability and sales. I won;t bore you with a link but you've seen the estimations they put fourth on past products. It was real pie in sky stuff.

NO order/deal is an order/deal until the cash is in the bank. You can;t conclude anything meaningful from any PR that counts the number of NDA increases or number of Patents issued for God knows what. This info cannot be quantified and therefore has no real value to most. If you believe you have some secret decoding or measuring system that allows you to see through these releases and conclude something different then that great for you. I doubt many will buy it though. I think its safe to say they are years away from commercialization of AOT. The only real shot is to get it up and running with a cooperative venture and then see if they can license it out. That's the only play here. Several key events would need to take place first. I don;t see no indication that is happening to date.

"Speculating...
It's much better to be left in the dark right now because it likely means the NDAs are all-inclusive to preserve the best possible relationships with STWA and prospective clients until agreements/terms are met"

It more likely means the company has nothing, saw they could get in SEC trouble with another NR like the LG Partners joke, and instead took this direction. Everything this company does, from the testing to this is meant to leave the general public speculating on what it is. THEY cannot say anything good is happening, because it isn't.. but they can tailor the NR's like this so guys like you do that for them.
Why would a pipeline company want or need an NDA from this company? When they tender out the construction, is it under NDA? no. When they source the pipe, is it under NDA? no. When they source things like pumps or compressors, is it under NDA? no. When the put out sole source contracts, are those contents under NDA? no. So why would they? If you believe STWA, then they are going to multiple companies so it isn't for terms with a pipeline company because it's not like an exclusive.... so again, why an NDA?

Ridiculous. "is because each NDA is extensive and vastly limits the information STWA can privy to shareholders. "

Only if the pipeline company initiated this in the NDA. Why would they? How convenient for STWA.

Will be at the WORLD OIL EXPO this week to talk to pump manufacturers, pipe companies.. to see how many have even HEARD OF STWA.. this should be funny.
