Conservative PR:

STWA's PR is indicative of an organization that's bound by the constraints associated with multiple NDA's.

In my opinion (no debate on this, I'm entitled to my opinion) the reason for limited PR (and for the emphasis on a strong foundation) is because each NDA is extensive and vastly limits the information STWA can privy to shareholders.

If the NDAs don't GREATLY inhibit STWAs ability to relay "play by play" details don't you think we'd be much better informed at this point in time? I DO! (If STWA was "in it to win it" over the short term, they'd be all over every opportunity to relay each and every stwa/client communications/progress to shareholders).

Speculating...
It's much better to be left in the dark right now because it likely means the NDAs are all-inclusive to preserve the best possible relationships with STWA and prospective clients until agreements/terms are met. With all that said, the NDA's aren't to protect the STWA/clients from having the contents of their lunch boxes revealed to the public.
