I'm with you now, and we know that the offering will be equivalent to or less than 50,000,000 shares due to the lock-up agreement with JB. Sometimes progress is painful.

First, a BIG THANKS for your education onto this board as those like me were totally clueless on that small 2,000 number.

I'm totally euphoric with this news as I was expecting an announcement that no funding was available, leading to the BORKs becoming worthless.

For sure no funding announcement is made yet, but it seems the steps are being made, hopefully with a funding source already identified.
