This needs evaluation, as under your scenario the 2000 preferred equals potentially as much as 250 million common upon conversion.

Noting that the common is still under DTC chill, they are obviously going to try to dilute with this new class instead.

I also note with interest that the date the board resolution for this passed (May 23) was the same day that it was announced that Sean was no longer interim CEO.
