Very good. Now - could you please verify that BIEL patent number on www.uspto.gov? It used to be that their website was very straight forward. There was an easier "quick" search and an simple "advanced" search. I don't know why, maybe it's my phone, but I am unable to browse the U.S. Patent Office website, plus for some reason they automatically limited my searches from 2001 to 2013. Maybe someone else can verify this number: U.S. Patent #75519597B2. The government lately seems to be more concerned about helping themselves to our private information, while making public information more difficult to obtain. (Crappy redesign of their website - IMO).
