Well, they don't call them stinky pinkies for nothing. Sorry to hear about your losses, and many of the issues you point out are the same reasons I exited the pinksheet game a couple years ago. It really is a gamble down here, but in most cases you're playing against a stacked deck. At least in Vegas you know the rules of the game and the odds of winning, but down here in pinkyland the dealers have the ability to change the rules on the fly. GL with your future investments.

Hey super - give me a #7 well done and a dozen of the #14's well done to go......please.

7). Had spikes in pps generated by Pump and Dump artist firms.
14). Even used celebrities to try to convince people of validity

Seriously, has anyone seen patent numbers, I seem to recall something.

The packaging I kept show "U.S. and Foreign Patents Pending" and then "Health Canada Medical Device License No. 73574", but the pack is a few years old and was sent to me by a college buddy up in Toronto. We can't get BIEL products here in the USA, so I have no idea what the current packaging says. Patent pending isn't all bad, it can mean the patent isn't yet issued so it's in the applied for state - also means people can't get a copy of it yet.
