kidnova-BIEL is behaving in mirror-fashion to NEOM, dilution through conversion. In the case of Neomedia, it's Yorkville Advisors (YA), in the case of BIEL, it appears its the Whelans themselves. Nothing like getting screwed directly rather than via a third party.
