Raymond, you need to come to Houston and have lunch with the group at Bonnie's. You would find out that Loop really knows what he is talking about and that the rest of the Idcc group are quite well informed and very experienced about the business community. Yes we can be wrong , but Idcc's management should be more forthcoming. Again, I expected more out of the Ericy lawsuit and thought the settlement to be quite small. It was my hope that more was involved than was on the table. I still cling to that hope.Tucker

Raymond

I have never offered advice as to selling or buying on this board. I present recaps of facts and attempt to read tea leaves. Senior status means absolutely nothing. It means that I have hung around to be let down more and longer than others. I have not said to sell and have never sold. I have stated repeatedly that I am prepared to lose it all chasing this stock. However, I do not recommend that others take on my attitude. I have believed in the engineering team for many, many years and am convinced that they will be rewarded. However, they must have a lot of patience to put up with a COO like FTT. I would love to read where some engineer knocked him out at meeting.

I am holding just like you and may buy more if I feel the insiders have finished selling for a while. Remember Harry likes to sell on the day of the ASM so something will have to occur to pump the price before then.

BTW, is there anything wrong with not liking the Ericy result which involved the technology in which I originally invested? Is OK if I and other long term holders feel that we did not get enough for staying with our belief all these years? Is that how you are Raymond, just a one way street guy? If you feel that way, so be it.
