NP. Even if they were out to scam everyone, why go through all the time, effort and expense, only to shoot themselves in the foot before ever making any real coin. And, imo, selling shares, mostly btwn .0007 & .001, at these levels doesn't count. That's if they've actually done that in the first place, which I somehow doubt. But that's just me.:)
