I think he acquired it, Lee saw this as a way to scam an American company out of money, money that he could have used to pay off the people he owed. The harp didn't work as good as expected, and lee didn't want that to be revealed, so he used lawyers to win it back in court, thus never uncovering his faulty device. IMHO

And your friend delivered incomplete non working units. You really need to understand what happened as opposed to referring to one particular PR. Lee did not deliver per the agreement. Now I ask you again, where is the BioHarp?

against the HUGE LEGAL Costs ... the LAWYERS

owned the patents at that point ... the never ending

LEGAL battle and CRAZY SAM LEE wasn't worth continuing

with SAM so Paul walked away and SAM lost his patents ...
