jmbar, you a point to keep in mind. When/if CWRN shareholders get shares in KMG, those shares will be in a private company. It will remain private until it goes through the registration process which is a lengthy process taking anywhere from 3-6 months.

What do you mean uplisting? You get 1 for a thousand of CWRN into KILIWA MINING GROUP US, INC, a new private company that isn't even listed on any exchange. If they do plan on going public you don't even know where that will be at, Canada, Germany, USA etc. Even if it does, all the CWRN shareholders will still only own 1.2% of KILIWA MINING GROUP US, INC that owns Pan Am Mexico now since near bankruptcy.
